- TMTrenton MJan 5, 20261.0I’ve been buying parts through the same commercial account for years. Went to Bartlesville Autozone to buy some urgently needed parts and one of the newer guys who I say hello to every time I’m in there refused to let me buy parts through said commercial account because “he didn’t know me” AFTER I gave him my commercial PIN number and the name on the account. It was later in the afternoon and supposedly the usual commercial guys were out on deliveries. I went to the Dewey O’Reillys for the first time and they gave me no issues through my commercial account that was opened at their store in Independence, Kansas a few years ago.
