- TFTiffany FineJul 5, 20251.0Was very unhappy with the service we received from this store went in there last night on 7-4-25 to get water pump gaskets and Freon was sold the wrong gaskets took them back this morning 7-5-25 and got such a rude salesman they gave me my money back in the ones that was the wrong gaskets I was trying to purchase the correct ones thru my commercial account I gave him my pin # for my account he ignored it and refused to put the gaskets through my commercial account kept arguing with me saying he couldn’t verify my account I told him to call the Tahlequah store which is where I opened my account so he could verify it that way he refused I left went home and called the Tahlequah store myself they said they didn’t have to verify it as long as I had my pin # so me and my husband went back to the Bartlesville store and had to deal with the same guy we told him that we had called the Tahlequah store where my account was opened and they said he could verify it with my pin # he looks at us and says I’ve stated my piece and that’s how it’s going to be we ask to speak to a manager and was told the manager wasn’t in that we would have to wait till Monday or speak with the assistant manager we ask for the assistant manager he came up there and put the gaskets through my commercial account with no problem The other guy could have done this if he wanted Very poor unsatisfied customer service I give this store zero stars
