Lines were to long and hard to reach the machine to pick what wash you want and pay it was in line 20 minutes and when I finally got to the machine to pick and pay the chain broke and they had to close so I just left

I have been using the Ardmore location to wash a company vehicle. I no longer work for the company so I called customer service a month ago to cancel my membership. The lady I spoke with barely spoke English enough to be understood. She confirmed that my membership was cancelled. Yesterday, my debit card was charged $22 for another month’s membership fee. I sat on hold with customer service twice yesterday for a total of just over an hour, never being able to speak with anyone. I sat on hold again this morning for 20 minutes, again never being able to speak with anyone. My next call will be to the OK state attorney general’s office to pursue legal action against Take 5 if I’m not contacted by close of business today.
