  These guys are WAY better than anyone who ever owned this business!! They are honest and that's saying something here in Ada. I will never go anywhere else to get my car worked on. That fast 5 or whatever that joke is called, did my oil change 6 months back and only put 2 quarts of oil in my car, they caused me a buttload of problems. New car now and only going to valvoline!!

  I have been doing business with this Valvoline for two years now. The guys that work there are very knowledgeable and are very professional. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

  I have to say… I don’t leave reviews often. However, Sean (I really hope this is you, I believe he is the manager now) did an outstanding job. Now I’m not leaving this review because of this one oil change I had today. I’m leaving this review for Sean. If I remember correctly I took my jeep gladiator for an oil change the week before or the week of Christmas. Sean presented with such professionalism and dedication to the job he was doing… I still think about it to this day. This man is working during Christmas time, it’s late probably around 6pm and he is giving all his attention and focus to this oil change. He went through every single step, every single check (even though it’s a new car) he still took the time to make sure it’s right…. This isn’t something you find often in today’s world.. most business workers make you feel like you are wrong for coming in so late, or skip steps because they assume… Not Sean, he doesn’t, he ensures the job is done per policy, per protocol. This kind of work ethic is NOT something that can be taught, practiced, or installed into a new hire… you ether have it or you don’t… Sean has it. Now that one experience is not why I am leaving this review… Im leaving this review because today I took my brand new Ford Explorer ST in for an oil change… Guess who was there directing me into the bay. SEAN the same man I had such great service from several months ago. Sean did his Job and upheld the same professionalism he showed me back in December and that is something I have to respect. Something I must write a review about. Sean thank you, I see how hard you work and I believe you can achieve anything you put your mind to. You are a role model for many.. including myself.

  They did not offer the different packages of oil changes to me. I have two different vehicles and I pay different prices. One is higher than the other. On both I feel they did not offer other options. I think they missed an opportunity to sell. Or satisfy a customer.

  Stopped by the Valvoline in Ada, Oklahoma for a full synthetic oil change this month and had an outstanding experience. The service was fast, professional, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. The manager, Sean, runs a tight ship—he’s clearly knowledgeable and leads by example. His team reflects that leadership: a group of sharp, respectful young techs who know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. It’s not every day you come across a crew that makes something as routine as an oil change feel this smooth and stress-free. Easily a 5-star experience all the way around. Highly recommend!
