  Everyone was so friendly! I love going to Valvoline, they’re always fast and proficient. I used to go to Walmart where it took 2 hours and people are rude. This place has always been worth the money.

  Very friendly, great teamwork, great communication, and they don’t pressure you into spending more. I had quite a nice time there with my visit, was embarrassed at first because I had pulled in the wrong way but they directed me where to go and didn’t make me feel any way about it! I will be sticking with this place!

  It wouldn't let me give a 0 rating. My elderly parents took their 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe in for an oil change Friday Oct 3, 2025. They have used them a couple of times before without a problem. After they left Valvoline, did a couple of errands in Ada and then headed home, their car went into a safety mode not going over 45 mph. They took it to check the computer and it was something to do with the oil filter. They went back to Valvoline and they redid the oil and filter but it didn't fix it. They had to have it towed to the dealership in Ardmore. Apparently there is a plug close to the vicinity of the filter for the sensor. When the oil was changed it got pushed in. The Hyundai dealership contacted the manager at Valvoline to let them know it was done during the oil changed and it should be their responsibility to make it right. The manager is denying any wrong doing on their part. This is how they take care of their elderly customers on fixed incomes! Needless to say, they won't be used by any of our family or friends again!

  If I could rate zero stars I would. Brought my 2023 Kia sorento in for an oil change on 10/3/25 and before I even left the bay my engine and oil light were both on. I brought it to their attention and they had me pull back around so they could check out the car. The manager then goes under and claimed he performed another oil change himself while he was down there. Told me he checked everything and on their end they didn’t do anything wrong and to take my car across the street for them to run the code. I did and they said the code said my car had low oil for a predetermined amount of time. Then went to autozone for a second opinion and in that time my ENGINE STARTED KNOCKING! I went back and talked to the manager and told him I needed corporates number, he sat in my face and gave me a number to call. I call the number to open a claim and he forgot the mention that in order for a claim to be opened, he has to be the one to approve it. It took him less than 3 hours to call me and say he was denying my claim because they did nothing wrong and because the make of my car has recalls and lawsuits against Kia. While I was sitting in the office he told me the tech that was under my car heard a noise from my car but it was a miscommunication and no one heard him. I asked him if they heard something why did they continue to work on my car and why was it not brought to my attention right then, and then he proceeds to tell me the tech said he was unsure if it was from my car or from the one next to me, so I asked him if they were unsure then why did they continue to work on BOTH vehicles instead of determining which was making a sound, then he responds with “well it could have been a sound from down in the bay, we just aren’t sure. It was a hectic day for all of us” As I’m heading home, my car goes in limp mode and won’t drive over 30-40 mph. Mind you I’m 35 minutes from home and I have my toddler with me. So I have to pull over and tow my car home. If the oil change was done right in the first place, why did he have to do another oil change? And how can he say they heard a noise from my car, then say it could have been from the one next to me, to it could have been a sound in the bay….
