My window has an issue with it and I requested that they tell the tech to please not roll down my window. Things happened and unfortunately the tech began to roll it down before the front could tell them not to. It was a blessing in disguise though. They not only apologized but they made sure they could get it rolled up, which worked out wonderfully because now it's completely closed and there's no gap like there was before. Tammie was so sweet and chatted with me when she had the time which made my day a lot better. She went above and beyond and got me quotes. The tech went above and beyond to ensure my window wouldn't break and he could close it all the way. I usually prefer to support local, but I stopped in because $10 for a tire rotation beat the local shops. Tammie and the tech who worked on my car solely won my business, and I'll happily pay extra for most of their services.
