  Mike is the best. He's super helpful and the reason why we've stayed loyal customers and never even thought about going anywhere else. Also recommended NTB to others because of him.

  They have no local number displayed on website, all calls go through call center you dont speak directly to them, you get 100% misinformation. I was told I had a 10 o'clock appointment for tire swap and front end alignment... I get there and was told that I would be waiting all day bc there was 2 in front of me, and each one takes an hour. This company has go e down hill.. I would give 0 stars or less if I could. I will never do business here again and suggest o odyssey else does either

  My husband and I are traveling on a road trip and hit some nasty potholes on the lovely I-70 in Indiana. 🙃. We stopped at a gas station and realized we had damage to both front tires. NTB call center was friendly and was able to get us in to get two tires mounted and balanced STAT. Mike at the front counter was very friendly and helpful. We were quoted about an hour and an half wait, which is completely reasonable with zero notice. However, staff was motivated to help and in the end we only waited about a half hour. Shout out to this place for making an unexpected detour as painless as possible!

  My car broke down at a busy intersection and I was towed to NTB. Even though they were really busy, they took the time to thoroughly check everything and found it was just a loose cable. They fixed it and didn’t charge me anything. Honest, kind, and thorough service. I’m very grateful and would definitely recommend them.

  I had an excellent experience with Mike at NTB Zanesville! From start to finish, their service was top-notch. They quickly diagnosed multiple issues with my vehicle and got everything fixed faster than I expected. What really stood out was their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail. They took the time to explain what was going on, and made sure everything was done right the first time. The quality of the work is outstanding, and my car is running better than ever. It’s not easy to find a team you can trust, but Mike absolutely delivered. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for fast, reliable, and high-quality service!
