  My second time here I showed up with two of my tires on the rims after I got ran off the road and hit a curb. Without an appointment, Monroe, very swiftly took care of my issues. I highly, highly recommend to anyone who wants taken care of.

  My car broke down while driving through Zanesville, OH. I was lucky enough to find Monro Auto service in my web search. Tomas and Brody provided exceptional service. They diagnosed my vehicle with an exhaust issue and recommended the shop that could fix it best.

  Came to this shop to get my tires rotated but they refused to do it. Only response was we can’t. Even said I’m in no rush, as long as it doesn’t take longer than a week. Got the same response; can’t. Highly don’t recommend this shop. Just refuse to do any work. Lazy?
