I didnt have to leave and miss any work. They replaced it right there in the parking lot! Once my windshield was replaced he called to let me know and also made sure I knew when it was okay to drive and when it was okay to go through the car wash. I had no idea about either one. This is my first time having to get a windshield replaced. However, if I need to repeat this process at anytime I will definitely be calling Safelite! Thank you for making a not so fun situation a great experience! I appreciate your tech and company!

Technician did not install the wipers, and then told me I would receive a refund for the rain repellent because he didn't have any to apply to the new windshield. Here we are the 11th of October, ive already had to use the warranty for the windshield because the very next morning there was a crack and when I called they said "Oh, its probably just a stress crack" and I still havent received the refund for the rain repellent even though Ive called to ask about it.
