- DBDouglas B.Dec 27, 20251.0Ever since Mavis bought Ntb.. I got new rims, just because they were aftermarket not OEM and were cheaper than OEM, they wouldn't install new tires on the rims. They lost a $600 sale. Isn't that their line of profession?!! Update. I was able to order new tires for the Mercedes at (RNR.) And they usually don't deal with euro cars but was kind enough to to also mount and balance too. Only difference is the euro cars don't use lug nuts, they are bolt in. I hope people see this so they don't waste time. Cars are not all the same. ( Different builds and customs), Ntb(mavis) might want to step up their game!!
