    I went for an oil change and also had a great customer service experience .Thomas the manager went out of his way to make it experience pleasant and professional. I recommend this business as well as management and give kudos to Thomas .

    Went in to get one thing fixed.And they broke something else.They bent the brake pad, trying to install another part.Now my brakes are grinding.I took it back.They said, well, you'll probably have to buy brake pads, and I said they was fine.And now they're not fine.The car is one week old, so there is no possible way.I do not suggest at all

    There service is excellent, but it's the second time I've come to get work done and been turned away. Not sure I'm going back. Sorry.

    I was very pleased with my service!! I had new brakes put on and Monro Auto service was amazing!! THOMAS (THE MANAGER) was very polite and very accommodating!! Thank you!! Would definitely recommend!!

    Google states they are open until 7, my son went out to pick his car up and they were closed, also overpriced
