K.Dec 28, 20221.0If I can give half a star I would I took my car through earlier today and it was still dirty I even paid for the best car wash there's still residue left on my car and soap behind and on the side of my car and don't even get. Me started on the employees I think his name was Lauren he just look miserable it he had a disgusted look on his face and he was just flat out rude and had an attititude nor did he even care about safety or wellbeing of others he put me so close to the car in front of me and another so close behind me I felt like I was gonna get hit on both ends if this is how things are ran I'm scared to see the store manager and how he/she runs things if this is how their employees handles and treats others Update: I've tried calling maple Mayville heath and newark to report this to the manager and no one picks up the phone and I've called several times so good to know yall just ignore yalls phones

What can I expect?
We strive to provide the industry’s best, high-quality, and most eco-friendly express wash experience available! After selecting your wash at our convenient payment kiosk, one of our experienced Crew Members will help guide you into our wash tunnel. We’ll ask you to put your car in neutral, and then simply sit back and enjoy your wash. At the end of the wash tunnel, during the drying cycle, an electronic sign will notify you when it is safe to put your car into drive to exit the wash.
Are you a touchless car wash?
Our washes use a state-of-the-art gentle wash material called EnviroSoft. It is a brushless (but not touchless) cleaning technology that cannot scratch or damage your car. Please feel free to ask our onsite staff any questions before you wash— we are happy to further explain our wash process!
What types of vehicles do you wash?
Our vehicle clearance is 7’2”. Our conveyor tracks support a tire width of up to 13.5″, and we cannot accept trucks with dual wheels or vehicles over 85″ wide. For the safety of our customers, team members, and wash equipment, we cannot wash vehicles with bike/scooter/wheelchair/utility racks. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we accept cash, Bee Clean gift cards, and all major credit and debit cards as forms of payment for our single washes. For our Unlimited Wash Club, we require a major credit or debit card.
Are your vacuums truly FREE?
YES!
Do you offer interior and exterior detailing?
As an express wash, we do not offer interior or exterior detailing services. We invite you to visit our free vacuum lot to clean your vehicle’s interior, and offer a wide range of car cleaning supplies (dash wipes, bug & tar remover cloths, microfiber drying towels, wheel cleaning sprays, and air fresheners, to name a few), all competitively priced.
What if I am not satisfied with my wash?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your wash experience and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please see a staff member following your wash if you are unsatisfied and we will offer a rewash immediately. If you are still unsatisfied with your rewash, we will offer a refund.
