  I had an amazing experience at Valvoline today and want to give a huge shout-out to Joe and CJ. Their customer service was truly five-star — friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the services being done. The convenience of Valvoline is unbeatable. I was able to stay in my car, the service was fast, and I was in and out without any hassle. It’s so nice to have a place I can trust for quick, reliable service. Thank you, Joe and CJ, for making car maintenance easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this Valvoline location!

  I make a special effort to visit this location for my oil changes. My experience consistently involves prompt service, and all three service bays are invariably available. The staff consistently demonstrates expertise and professionalism.

  Just got my oil changed here which I have done for years and never really had any issues with them until this morning. I told them I just wanted an oil change. Of course they try to upsell on everything. Differentials, fuel filter, antifreeze, etc. They removed my air filter and said I needed a new one, which I didn't. They should've never removed the air filter to begin with. The Ford diesel trucks have a restriction gauge on the air filter housing and it lets you know when it needs replacement. There is no need to remove the air filter to see if it needs replaced. I left and once I got out of Boardman my truck wouldn't accelerate properly and I almost got in an accident due to it. Once I got home I popped the hood and they reinstalled my old air filter upside-down and the lid wasn't snapped on. This allows unfiltered air to enter the 2 turbos on my diesel truck. With the air filter upside down, it was blocking air flow to the turbos when I would try to accelerate causing the truck to barely move on harder acceleration. Hopefully corporate sees this and realizes they just lost a customer that has taken several work trucks here several times per year for oil changes and other services when needed. I cannot recommend this location ever again and not sure if I can trust any other location either.
