They were knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I live about 30 minutes from this location and will drive there every time now to get my oil changed. Highly recommend! There were about 5 employees that helped me out. I only got a few names but wanted to thank all of who helped me including Ty, Kenzie, and Brandon.
- KKKamKamMar 8, 20261.0Terrible. I’ve been going to them for about 3 years now, but this last visit no other than terrible. First pulling on the shop for a full authentic change like always, didn’t have to wait that long and customer service was not great. It seemed that I was ignored and they just rushed my service. Then after I got the oil change, they couldn’t put my hood cab down which I understand it’s rusty but I had always used a screwdriver to reset the latch never had a problem until now I guess. They left my hood cab half wide open and told me they couldn’t close it, and I asked if anybody knows how to use a screwdriver they gave me attitude and told me it was too rusty. So I had to go somewhere else and get my hood cab close while my hood is open….When I started up my car it makes a rattling noise and they just shrug it of and said they did the service fine and do not know what that noise is!!!.. Also, the windshield wipers that o paid 50$ for 25$ each blade one of them came off and broke my screw of my wiper blade…….I will never be going back to this location again ever after spending 150$!!! Now I have to take it to the Nissan shop and spend more money while meantime they don’t care…… These new nanics I call them don’t know how to work on vehicles at all and mess it up worse! Please be aware on how you spend your money on unlicensed mechanics……
