The recommended 16 fully synthetic my car calls for is out...no signage saying such. They offered 20 synthetic but stated i would need to have it changed sooner and make sure replaced with the fully synthetic 16? Because I drive long miles and waited over an hour and at this point I felt trapped i got it. However I immediately called and filled a complaint the next day I was refunded. Very over priced.
