    Kimberly was professional, kind, friendly and fun! Even when we did not accept all her suggestions. And she even gave us a recommendation for a DD cinnamon bun!

    Went in to get an oil change and tire rotation on my Genesis. The crew was great! Very polite, informative and thorough. It's hard for me to take my vehicle into places and trust that they will do what's expected. But Austintown Valvoline has never disappointed me. 😊

    Had our oil changed in August. As soon a they did it the tire pressure light came on. One tire consistently goes flat after they touched it abs they refuse to take responsibility. Plain crooks. Don't go to this location, they will damage your vehicle and not take responsibility for it. If I could give zero stars I would.

    Spent $148 couldn't even get my windshield washer fluid added. I thought this was always added for free? I also got charged an extra fee for added oil.
