Wiped oil all over my hood that I had to clean when I got home. Also spent way more than at Costa. Bad move changing it to Valvoline. I’ll drive over to the Costa in Poland in the future.

I brought my vehicle in to get an oil change, my top filter was pretty much broke off, from Costa. I can understand people's frustrations but as a business owner myself, I understand why all are going out of business. I saw someone else mention Poland, good luck! They won't be around for much longer. I'll pay more for better service.

Left went to Poland for costa 50$ cheaper with more service I highly suggest if you can drive the 10mins to the other side of Poland do so . I will not be servicing my vehicles here . Valvoline is notorious for over tightening drain plugs and oil filters I’m not going to be over charged to have my vehicles damaged. Beware !
