  Called in advance about my issue. When I arrived, I was directed to a bay, and the work began. After careful diagnosis, other attempts were made to correct the problem. A solution was reached for success. I am back on the road again. Thank you, Guys!

  Renting a truck for moving (was told the deposit was a hold and to be returned within 24 hours of dropping off the truck ) 5 days later of calling to figure out why I'm not getting my money back I was given that every manager was in a meeting and was given 2 to 3 days as a range and then 7 to 10 days by the manager . I was lied to by everyone I talked to just to get me off the phone and when I asked to speak to the next person in line I was given attitude and told they were in a meeting. The entire rental I put 28 miles on the truck and was charged at 5 gallons the $100 deposit turned into $68 dollars and after the first call it was agreed to refund $25 in the gas used bringing it to $93 out of the $100 but the funds where never deposited and when that was called I was told it was my bank the bank let me know it was pending because penske will not release the funds so now instead of a 24 hour hold its (from penske) there is nothing they can do it's in the system I'll get it when I get it. After all day of day 5 the determination is that I will receive all together the amount of$125 out of the $229.77 charged ( total includes the deposit ) the truck was rented for 7 hours and a total of 28 miles put on it. This was a 16ft box truck. The refund is supposed to process of the next 3 to 7 days for me to receive the funds I've been waiting on for 5 days already.
