Plus they call with updates several times a week. I also got my truck back in less than a week. Dropped off Thursday and was ready the next Wednesday! I will definitely return if I have another incident and recommend them to everyone I know.

I preferred to have Gerber do the work, based on my good service experince from a previous claim on my company car. I guess because of insurance red tape they have refused to provide a date for estimate or return a basic phone call. Because of Gerber's terrible response time and lack of attention to detail of a basic customer request to follow up, I'll be moving on to another shop that can perform essential customer services. I tried Gerber associates!
