Every time I’ve been to this location all employees are great, cool, and knowledgeable. I could have changed my wipers myself , but she got my wiper changed in 3 minutes. - LSLiz SedioSep 12, 20251.0Came in today around 7:45AM to get windshield wipers for my 2013 chevy equinox truck Lt AWD. I asked the older gentleman at the counter to help me find wipers that are compatible with my vehicle. I had looked on autozone website beforehand and had seen several that were compatible according to the website. He told me that autozone only carries one wiper that is compatible with my car (which also just so happens to be the most expensive one they carry online or in store) which was by Bosch for$39.99 for only 1 blade. He did not say it was not in stock right now or he didnt have them at his store, or that some brands are online only, he said that autozone as a whole company only carries one Bosch and one singular model from that brand that is compatible with my car. Im not sure how that's possible when the autozone website lists a PEAK OPTIX 17in Wiper Blade sold for $15.99 online. Of course I wouldn't be able to get it from the store itself but he could've offered to order it for me or inform me I could order it myself. I feel as though he was trying to get me to buy the most expensive one so he could make a good sale even if that means he has to lie. I proceeded to go about a 1/2 mile down the road to advanced auto parts where I found around 8 different brands all compatible with my car ranging in price for $9.99 to $39.99. I bought all 3 new wipers, a 24in, 17in, and rear 13in for $40.80 after tax where as at autozone i would've paid at least $39.99 for only 1 before tax. I don't appreciate being lied to and having employees who are supposed to be there to help try and rip me off.
