  So tonight my battery was basically in its version of hospice.⌛ 😭 I could barely start my car, and I was terrified I was going to get stuck in these bone chilling temps! 🥶🥶🥶🥶 Thankfully I called the local AutoZone and the Manager 'Juan' told me they were able to help me out. It took me a minute, but I made it there, (albeit barely 😰) I was taken care of by two of the most wonderful young men I could have run into in my time of need!!! 🥰🥳 I need to make a shout-out to whomever made the brilliant decision to hire young Lucas at AutoZone Auto Parts Youngstown #1721!!!! When I say this young man exceeded all of my expectations from an associate; he did that and so much more! Despite how cold it was, (and I simply cannot stress how awful the wind chill was!!!) Lucas came out, tested my battery and alternator and diagnosed my issue. We then walked back in and he helped me find the right battery for my car. I was so grateful that he came back outside in this wretched cold to install it for me!!! 🥶🥶🥶😭🫶🏻 If that wasn't a way to gain a customer for life? I don't know what could have been a better interaction! When I witnessed just how supportive his manager Juan was? This made me even more happy with my choice of where to shop. (As I had called 2 other competitors as well.) Juan came out to give Lucas a hand as the temps were absolutely unbearable! But together, these young men worked swiftly to ensure this old lady was not stuck in this weather! I gotta say, when I found out how young Lucas was? (17) I was amazed at his knowledge and customer service! I need to say, whomever hired this young man had brilliant foresight!!! He saw exactly what I did tonight. Knowledgeable, Friendly, and top notch in customer service!!! He and his manager both could never have done anything better than they did for me tonight! Swift, Efficient, Knowledgeable, Kind, Friendly, AND SUPER HELPFUL! 1000⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐‼️ Thank you both, from the bottom of my heart! Expect some goodies next week! 😉🫶🏻 P.S. - I sincerely hope I can count on this store to continue to support brilliant young employees like Lucas and Juan with hours and opportunities to grow in this company. You have a couple of winners here!

  Great service very satisfied because after a very hard day of trying to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle, I was able to find the problem with a gentleman named Julio, he was kind enough to install a battery in 10 minutes and I was able to be on my way home thanks to him. 10/10⭐
