The manager was extremely helpful and swapped the battery for her at almost half the cost of two other local parts stores, one who wanted 41 bucks just to test the battery which everyone does for free. I will be sending her here for everything while she lives in OH.
- TOTom OrrMay 26, 20213.0They are not knowledgeable. I was told there was one belt on my car to order, and there are two. I was told one size for the gas hose, and it was another. Multiple times I have been here, and have gotten incorrect info and parts. If you know exactly what you are looking for, specs, etc you will be alright. But if you want them to look it up or give you some info, I wouldn’t recommend.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
