- LGlarry guerreroJul 18, 20231.0So apparently not only Goodyear in Boardman and Harlan's Auto in Canfield are not the only ones ordering parts from Advanced Auto locations in the Youngstown Boardman area who are expecting drivers to go to Advanced Auto and pick up these vital parts to fund their business to Simply decide when they make these delivery orders to say to themselves hey, forget the driver who's bringing this to me, he or she gets nothing, truly unbelievable... nobody nor myself is contracted to work for free, the fact that you fail to realize that just validates everything, bottom line is third party or whoever, needs to show gratuity who is delivering key vital parts to keep their business going, but obviously and apparently nobody cares about the driver or their money, it's highly disrespectful, I will start adding photos from several of my friends who have had experiences to show how your third parties don't appreciate the deliveries with their zero gratuity!!!!!!!!! I am desperately sorry you find this okay. And nobody, nobody is contracted to work for free

I called around for prices before finally calling this store and spoke to Chris. He was the reason I chose this place, it really wasn't price or that it was closer to me. Chris just asked questions about the car and honestly just sounded smarter. When I arrived, I explained my injury and he immediately went to work and got me outta there! I just moved back up here and have never been to that location, now they have a new customer .

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
