- DBDonny BrencisAug 27, 20251.0This place use to be a 5 star service center, I had the most unfortunate experience in meeting the person in charge "Tianna " she was rude the whole interaction with her, her other employee working with her they would step to the side have conversations and laugh, it appears they have a lot of play time. You do not want her representing the company in any way, she either needs to be retrained or placed in the pit away from public interaction.
