Why there’s three guys under there for an oil change, and what are they doing. He told me they were changing an air filter. I said I didn’t ask for that. I wanted my oil changed and that was it. And then he tried to say well it’s only $20 and was pushy about it. He then ended up tearing underneath my dash to change some other air filter, and I said all of this was just done not that long ago. I said maybe a year ago. He responded saying that it’s been two years and they recommend them to be changed every two years and changed it anyways. On top of that they put the wrong oil in my car and didn’t notice until after they already told me to start my car and rev it up to two RPMs. They were then draining and all I heard was liquid running underneath my car so at first I thought they busted something considering how my visit was already going. I asked him what’s going on and why am I hearing something leaking. He said they’re draining the oil because they realized they put the wrong oil in and they always correct their mistakes. Well that’s a mistake that shouldn’t happen. I would change my own oil better than they did and I will never go back. I shouldn’t have even had to pay for anything.
