- JJJennifer2 days ago1.0I had the worst experience in Wooster, OH. I took my 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan there after popping two tires. I was promised they’d have them by 10am but didn’t get there until 3 and I had a 3 hour drive home. After I left I noticed my car pulled to the right and couldn’t drive with my wheel straight. I figured they didn’t align my car-my bill says in declined- I did not decline because I was told they were taking it off. When I got home I took my car to Belle Tire and they told me they wouldn’t align my wheels because i had a bent tire rod, so my car is now at the local Volkswagen dealership getting the tire rod replaced. If you need proof I can provide a video from the dealer.

Tire Choice was the closest location and they not only repaired the tire in a timely manner, they also did not charge us! We were back on the road within 30 minutes. Great customer service, even with having a full schedule and only two techs working. 10/10 would recommend doing business with them again.

She had to call and deal with my insurance company and she really advocated for me to get my repairs covered. The technician that worked on my car was super friendly and showed me exactly what needed to be done on my car. I will be bringing my service to this location exclusively from now on.

They were all booked up, but still squeezed me in and repaired my tire. The technician was very professional and efficient, and communication was great.
