- LLLizDec 29, 20252.0Did not have the tires they said they would. Had to reschedule after waiting 30 minutes. Then I went back and they did had the wrong tires again. They did eventually get the correct tires, but it took 2 appointments and I had to wait a long time on both appointments.

It also clearly stated on the paperwork that I received after the tires that I refused an alignment. I was never asked if I wanted one and I assumed that was part of the process of getting new tires put on. I will never go there again for anything.

The reason for only two stars is they only put 18 psi in each tire. Why not 35? They new what the vehicle it was that it came off of. Probably will never use them again. This was the Wooster Oh location.

They put everything back: spare tire & fixed tire back on vehicle. Very happy with zero & the short time I was there. I would return & tell friends about my experience. The price was very reasonable.
