  Michael and the girl in the office were so accommodating and kind. They did not have what we reserved, but went out of their way to get us something comfortable. We would definitely use this location again.

  I had a very unsafe experience with an Enterprise rental. While driving, I tried to clean my windshield and discovered there was zero windshield washer fluid in the vehicle. This put my life in danger because I could not see clearly, forcing me to pull over on the side of the road. I had to request assistance through my insurance and purchase windshield fluid myself just to make the car safe to drive. When I returned the vehicle, Enterprise did not refund me for the windshield fluid I had to buy, nor for the extra gas I put in, I am extremely disappointed that a rental car was provided in this condition and that no compensation was offered afterward. I expected better safety standards and customer service from Enterprise.

  Very disappointed with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I booked a car online, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was told it wasn’t available. I was willing to take a lower category car, but the representative said it would actually cost me more — which makes no sense. The staff’s behavior was extremely unprofessional, and it genuinely felt like they didn’t want to rent to me at all. Instead of helping, they questioned why I booked only an hour earlier instead of two days before, creating unnecessary drama. The overall experience was stressful and uncomfortable, and based on what I saw and heard while waiting, other customers were dealing with similar issues. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  Staff was fine as far as personality but communicating with the customer was not good. I thought I would surely get an itemized bill of what they are charging the credit card but nothing. I was not told what the daily charge is for the protection. When I tried to communicate, I felt I was taken around in a circle. I was rather disappointed. I also thought I get my car for the price the insurance covers but they charged more. Not my best experience I had with Enterprise.
