  Buyer beware! Scam artists here. An F grade on the Better Business Bureau website. We will be changing our insurance provider as a result of Enterprise Rent-A-Car. After an accident that was the fault of the person that hit us, our insurance sent us to this location. The agent who spoke with my wife (who was in the accident) conned her into signing a contract for extra insurance at a rate of $22 per day. He made statements that caused her to have a traumatic memory of the accident, insinuating that our insurance would not cover the rental vehicle. All lies. My wife was under the impression that this agent had spoken with our insurance agent, and she was later informed by our insurance agent that we were "scammed." When we attempted to resolve the issue with the manager of this location, he insinuated that my wife was lying which is absolutely unacceptable. She signed a contract under duress after a traumatic accident, a method used by the Enterprise agent, and therefore the contract is illegal. We attempted to resolve the issue with the Enterprise customer service line, and it resulted in lots of empty promises and false apologies. Instead, this Wooster location proceeded to harass my wife on the phone even after we requested they cease and desist contacting her. We then made a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau, and so far there has been no response. I was surprised, because from what I've heard, most companies do respond promptly to public complaints. However, after looking into it further, we realized that Enterprise Rent-A-Car has an 'F' rating. I can't recall any other company with such a low rating. Go to this location at your own risk, and we strongly recommend that you decline all of their offers for unnecessary insurance. Be sure you know what your own insurance company covers for rental vehicles before you sign anything, and be aware that there are pending lawsuits with this company in States like Florida where false damage reports have been made. If I could, I would provide this company with a negative star score so that other customers can prevent themselves from being scammed. We will be speaking with our insurance company to discuss leaving them as a result of this, and we will make sure that other customers in our area are not deceived by this location. It is not just unethical to take advantage of someone who's been through a traumatic experience, it is a morally bankrupt practice.
