It was way past time for an oil change so I thought I'd go to TD in Wilmington. My fault as I didn't ask before how much it would be and why am I going to a tire place for an oil change? I got there, he told me it would be $125 for an oil change and I was in shock but okay. I needed the oil change and needed to get to work. Thinking this would take a few minutes, an hour and 45 minutes later he tells me I owe $280!!!! Hmmm... NO. He somehow brought it down to $137 and he said I asked for a cabin filter which I don't even know what that is, he tried to charge me 4-5 times what a normal oil change is and I did ask for windshield wipers but those weren't changed. WOW. Being an older woman, I feel like I was scammed and taken advantage of. My receipt said... 60 something for oil change but then they charged me for everything separately... oil, filters (of which, I don't even know the difference), labor... etc. So, what was the 60 something for the oil change. NOTHING was included in that price! DO NOT go here!!!!!!
