If you park past the edge of the building they'll come out yelling at you for parking in "their spots"...even though nothing is marked. No signs, not markings on the parking spots, nothing to indicate this. All the while their entire back and side lot is nearly empty. They _may_ do good work, I can't comment on that but, based on their professionalism, they can rest assured they won't be getting any of my business when needed. Food for thought: Rather than yell at potential customers over unmarked parking spots, why not use your painting skills and stencil/mark the spots?
