  I hit a deer and Gerber did the repairs.They had nothing in stock so my vehicle sat there for 7 months which I didn't get mad about because things happen but I ask them to have someone check out the engine.They told me they did but when I got my vehicle back it was very loud so I took it to a mechanic they said my fan clutch was stuck.Another problem is now I have a front wheel making a thumping sound the said they checked that too but I doubt it.Gerber just wanted to cosmetically get it repaired so they could get payed and they didnt even do that right.The correct option probably would have been to total it but they are in with my insurance company State Farm to save them money while Gerber gets the more jobs and pay days from being on there list.Do yourself a favor and find another auto body shop to do work for you.These people are as corrupt as the day is long.

  Patty and the entire Gerber team were fantastic! Their service was excellent, and my car came back looking brand new.

  Beware if you rent from the nearby Enterprise! If you park past the edge of the building they'll come out yelling at you for parking in "their spots"...even though nothing is marked. No signs, not markings on the parking spots, nothing to indicate this. All the while their entire back and side lot is nearly empty. They _may_ do good work, I can't comment on that but, based on their professionalism, they can rest assured they won't be getting any of my business when needed. Food for thought: Rather than yell at potential customers over unmarked parking spots, why not use your painting skills and stencil/mark the spots?
