  Excellent service team! They diagnosed and fixed my truck so quickly; and did a great job. Mr. Plasenthall was very kind and helpful. I looked up his name on the website. So glad it was there because I didn't ask for his name and he deserves a ton of praise. I was a bit intimidated by the signs posted around the service counter indicating the various charges; but they were extremely fair and upfront about pricing. They explained everything without making me feel "auto- ignorant", and did no work until after explaining the costs. Definitely the best experience I have ever had at a car service center - and at a dealership! Shout out to the super nice salesman who gave me directions too. He had a Santa Clause like smile and demeanor, with white hair, and an injured eye. (His photo is not in the website). Cannot thank these people enough. Truly exceptional customer service.

  Took car in for routine maintenance in addition to a headlamp issue and tire sensor repair. They found issue with CV Axle boot was split. They explained everything in a manner that a woman would understand and discussed what it would cost to repair. Parts were ordered and the following day the repairs were completed. Great service!

  I live in Massachusetts and couldn't find the exact bronco I was looking for in my area. Busam Ford in Ohio had one in stock so I started talking to my salesman (Rick) , he provided all the info on the vehicle I was looking for, he told me about the dealerships experience in out of state sales. I felt comfortable enough to buy the vehicle sight unseen and have it shipped to me. The finance dept took care of all the paperwork and the bank applications which was overnighted to me. I received a perfect vehicle delivered to my door step with all the required paperwork to register it in my state.

  Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever delt with. Everything is great during the first application process. Seems perfect. But the vehicles are awful. The people don’t care about the issues. They say you have a warranty. Then don’t. Then things go wrong and the warranty doesn’t cover that. Took my vehicle in there to look at for an electrical problem 41 days after buying, said it wasn’t covered. Then proceeded to break the brackets on my jeep radio. Two of employees went there also, one has break line issues and electrical. The other her transmission has been replaced TWICE. she called about her warranty told her she didn’t have one. The shop that had her car called and they told them that she did? Save your business for someone who’s honest because you won’t get that here.
