  We got an oil change and new windshield wiper blades put on. The staff was very professional and friendly. They also were very proficient. We had scheduled our service. They took our truck right in and had it completed in no time at all. Would highly recommend.

  Was in the market to upgrade my truck. Busam Ford had the truck I wanted so I swung by, even though it’s an hour away from me. Was met by Brant, who was very pleasant from the jump. He immediately offered me a test drive. The truck was obviously well taken care of and I thought it met my needs. Brant and Busam worked with me to get a price that was fair and worked with my budget, which I appreciated. The entire time Brant was very respectable and not pushy. It never felt like he was putting on an act or trying to oversell me on the vehicle. I had a great experience there and would definitely recommend checking them out!

  I bought an inspected 2023 Toyota Camry from them in July. I don’t drive the vehicle very much and had to take to my local Toyota dealership in November. I was told that there’s $4000 worth of preexisting damage. I reached out to Junior to ask if there’s anything that could be done, figuring with the time that had passed what the answer might be. I was told no in some what of a condescending tone and he had his finance manager call me back. Who was very unprofessional, using foul language and wanted the Toyota dealership to lie and said a mouse had chewed through the wiring that needs placed. Long story short, a learning experience and would definitely not recommend anyone to purchase a used vehicle here.

  We just recently purchased our 2024 Bronco Sport Big Bend Edition from Busam Ford and couldnt be happier!! Not only was the sales team easy to work with and very accommodating, but everyone went out if their way to congratulate me on our purchase. They made me feel so welcomed! It wasn't a super fancy facility, but the charm and the friendliness of the staff made me feel right at home! Our salesman was Brant, and he did a wonderful job at not only communicating but also his knowledge and understanding of what I wanted in a vehicle helped me pick an incredible SUV that is perfect for me! Thank you, again, for being an outstanding person and for selling me my 3rd vehicle- I'll never go anywhere else! Thank you Busam Ford for having a great selection of vehicles, and for guiding me through this sometimes cumbersome process! You guys made it easy!

  So happy to leave a review for these folks! They were great from the moment I sent a request for photos of a minivan they had listed online. It's been a long time since I bought a car and they made me feel comfortable, without the high pressure of big dealerships. I worked with Junior, his communication was prompt, helpful and always provided the info I asked for right away. When came time to talk price, he was straight forward, we came to deal quickly and instead of having to wait hours for paperwork, I was off in my new vehicle shortly afterwards. I will certainly be recommending Busam Ford to friends and family! Thanks again!
