  So 2 weeks after purchasing the car it had a recall, took them 6 mos to get it fixed,however on their website I saw they were still selling this model vehicle knowing it had recalls.Then a week ago on my way to work it started overheating,long story short their so called mechanics failed to put a clamp on my hose,causing my cat to overheat....UNBELIEVABLE.....I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE My niece also bought a LEMON from them ....

  I needed an oil change and started by calling Kings Ford near Mason, Ohio. They were happy to schedule my service appointment, first appointment was a little over a week away, but were unable to tell me how much a basic oil change would cost for my vehicle. After talking to two different people and enduring three wasted calls of phone tag, I finally got a price quoted from them. During that same time, I called Busam Ford in Wilmington—where I’ve had service done before. They were able to get me in the next day. The gentleman who scheduled my service answered all of my questions, including the exact cost. I was happy to drive the extra distance (even though I no longer live in Wilmington) just to receive good-quality service from a dealership that still knows how to take care of its customers. Thanks Busam team, next time I’ll call you first even though the distance is further it’s worth my time to drive a bit farther.

  This dealership was absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The place was dirty and clearly not taken care of at all. The worst part was the bathroom — there was white residue on the toilet and even a spoon sitting there, which is beyond unacceptable and honestly disturbing. It made the whole place feel sketchy and unsafe. If they can’t even keep their facility clean, imagine how they handle their cars or customers. Completely unprofessional environment. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that actually respects basic cleanliness and customer experience SO DO NOT BUY A CAR OR TRUCK FROM HERE I HAVE A 800 credit score could of got approved for anything plus 50k cash in my pocket I’ll take my cash to a real dealer ship that’s gonna help me the way I should be helped this place is absolutely disgusting
