  Towed here unexpectedly after an unfixable flat on the side of the highway about 4 hrs from home and 3 hrs from our destination. We were SUPER stressed with a dog and infant with us. The sales staff/service dept was amazing, accommodated us with unbelievable hospitality (snacks and coffee!), allowed me private nursing space for my baby, and got us back on the road in no time. We can’t thank them enough!!!

  Had an amazing experience with Carolee and Steve at Leikin they assisted in buying our new Lexus GX. Carolee was always available for questions and any concerns i called her and got answers to everything and help with anything i needed. I arrived at Leikin and was pleasured to meet Steve who has helped us through the process the vehicle was ready to drive and Steve was very helpful by explaining everything and making everything fast. I thank and appreciate both of them and so far love this new vehicle and their amazing hospitality.

  I have been a faithful Volvo owner since 2013. I trust Volvo’s safety, like its style and ride and the folks at Leikin make each transaction smooth.   I have purchased 4 vehicles over 20 years from Leikin Volvo. My most recent service visit was the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. In the past, I would take the car in for service and get a phone call with any suggested repairs with a cost. My most recent visit I did get a call explaining that I had a nail in 1 tire and may as well replace all 4 tires even though I did not really need them quite yet, but ok. I also knew I needed brakes, but was conviced I only needed front brakes, ok. I also needed to replace the light in my license plate area as i was getting a signal it was out. So, anyone want to guess what that all cost? $5700 Yep, 4 yokohama tires, front brakes and a light bulb in license plate area. I have a 2022 S90. The most insulting part was that in the past they would bring the car back to me after service, I would inspect to make sure everything was done and matches the invoice. Instead, I received a phone call from Volvo service stating that payment was needed prior to returning the car. The car was also supposed to be detailed ($230) and it was not, even though David reassured me it was done. In fact, he said the car was detailed twice! The only detail work done was vacuum of the flooring in the vehicle. And the cherry on top, once the car was returned my air conditioning did not work. I assure you it worked when I dropped the car off. I brought the car back in and they fixed it. Please understand, I do not write reviews, this is probably the second online review I have ever wirtten and I am 51 years old. This is being written to simply bring awareness to the public that this dealership is not a place you should buy or lease a car or allow them to do any repairs.

  I felt I needed a new car. My daughter had purchased 2 Volvo’s from Bob Alponat at Leikin Volvo Cars so she suggested I talk with him. It’s easy to see and hear that Bob is proud of these cars! During the test drive he answered all my questions, pointed out features I hadn’t noticed, and explained some of the technology without making it sound complicated. He is fun to talk with, doesn’t use high pressure tactics, and takes a real interest in his customer and their needs. I love my XC 40!
