  Jiffy lube is great. They are a personable and professional team. Oil changes are logged into carfax automatically which saves having to hold onto receipts!

  Stay Away! Went in for an oil change and they talked me into a rear differential fluid change - nothing but nightmares after that. As I was driving, I started smelling gas so I brought my vehicle back up there waited for over 40 minutes to get in just for them to tell me that they overfilled the fluid they wiped it off sent me on my way. I smelled it again the next day went back up there(waited another 30 minutes) and they said that the plug was stripped out and that they had to put a new one. Had to go up there again just for them to tell me it wasn't in yet. Went up there again, finally they put the cap on and then several weeks later I started to smell it again; fluid was leaking out of my vehicle only to find out by a mechanic it was the rear differential fluid gasket. Went back to Valvoline and called customer service because the manager Dominic never got back to my email for several days. They act like they want to help but they really don't and basically told me to go pound salt that they weren't going to go do anything about it because the part that failed was not a part that they replaced. However I was told by the mechanic if they overfilled the fluid the pressure can blow it out at the gasket which is what. Now I am out $400 and probably will never go back. I will find a new oil change place to go to along with my family and business vehicles that I have. Even if you go there don't buy any extras or you'll pay, twice. Once for the service and again to fix their mistakes.
