  I usually hate places like these because I always feel like I get ripped off. But I can honestly say that everything I had done by this place was done fast, done well, and done for a price that I know would have cost me more anywhere else.... because I checked. They even worked me in when I accidentally thought I was to wait for my car instead of dropping it off and that was damn near priceless! Thank you so much to the crew at this shop!

  Great service! Professional and courteous communication about new tires and an alternator belt. Work was done in a timely manner within the quoted time. Definitely would recommend.

  My late husband and I always came here for everything involving our cars! We have been coming here for approximately 20 years and Mitch always handles our concerns with care! This is an amazing establishment and coming here has always been a pleasure. I will continue to come here in the future.

  Thankful to have Mitch Phillips and his NTB team located here in Willoughby Hills. They provide more than just tires and batteries; terrific vehicle service and repairs, advice without condescension and empathy listening to customer experience.
