  The female store manger on duty needs some extra professional training. We arrived for our reservation that was placed in advance at 8am to which we were told the vehicle wasn’t ready it had to be cleaned. While waiting for it to be cleaned she proceeded to do the check in and informed me that the vehicle was damaged in 3 places currents claim on it. Due to that I stated more than four times I’m not comfortable taking a damaged car. She then stated that it didn’t have anything to do with way the vehicle would operate, while I understood that I wasn’t ok with that. To which I grew frustrated bc she constantly asked if I would look at it. I told her I would but still uncomfortable with that. At 8:43am she tells us the vehicle wasn’t ready done being cleaned and ready to be inspected. I tell her again I already said I would look at and that doesn’t change my comfortability at which point she tells me to go somewhere else. So not only was the vehicle that had been reserved not ready but then trying to be forced to take something damaged and the rudeness this has not been a good experience

  Enterprise claimed our rental would be covered under warranty. 6 months later we were contacted saying pay $1200 today or it would be sent to collections. No warning, no prior contact attempts. Do not use this location or Enterprise at all.

  Mixed review: Local personnel were engaged, professional, and helpful. This WHITEHALL location team member ensured I was satisfied with the cleanliness of this vehicle... Outside and, especially, inside. General company contact made two errors on creating my reservation for a rental I needed due to my auto bring repaired. Incorrect locations both times. My collision company corrected this for me. I was given a Chevrolet TRAX to drive... Nice vehicle, odometer at 28,000 miles... Served me well.

  Pick a different location the ppl that use to work here in the morning are gone they actually cared an loved they jobs the new ppl in the morning mean rude nasty and will give you dirty cars with no gas an lie saying this is a upgrade when it’s literally what’s booked when issues happen make notes so that next person know how to handle the situation
