NO ASSOCIATED DIRECTED TRAFFIC INTO THE BAYS AND TWO CARS WHICH WERE AFTER ME WERE LET IN BEFORE ME. I TOLD THE MANAGER AND HE INDICATED IS WAS "FIRST COME FIRST SERVE' BUT THEY DID NOT MONITOR AND IT COULD HAVE EASILY CAUSED A SITUATION. THE MANAGER SHOWED NO REMORSE OR EVEN MENTIONED COMPENSATION FOR MY INCONVIENCE. I CAN UNDERSTAND UNDRSTAFFED BUT THEY SHOULD ADDRESS POLICY AND HAVE CONCERN FOR THE CUSTOMER. I HAVE NO INTENTION OF PARTRANOZING THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND WILL PASS MY RECOMMENDATION TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
