Customers were left sitting without updates, and there was no clear communication regarding how long the delay would be. When service finally began, the interaction felt rushed and lacked professionalism. Basic questions about the services being performed were met with unclear explanations, and there was minimal effort made to ensure transparency or customer confidence. The overall experience felt disorganized and inefficient. Valvoline promotes quick and convenient service, but this visit did not reflect that standard. I hope management takes steps to improve customer communication, efficiency, and overall service quality at this location.

The usual amount was 5, and the previous person filled it to 8. And I told them that I did my last oil change with them, and I know who did it. And then there’s another guy who keeps on spilling the “12-month fuel treatment.” I keep telling him I just had my fuel tank full, but he doesn't listen; he keeps pouring the liquid I paid for, which goes to waste. I don't know if it was my gas leaking or the liquid he was trying to pour into my tank. And then I paid $253 for that visit, and they still forgot to fill my washer fluid! They didn’t even bother to show me my air filter, if it's still okay! It’s a waste of time and money! Don’t go to this place, they will break your car!
