When I complained about the filthy exterior, a manager actually gave an attitude instead of fixing it. Avoid this location; they clearly don't care about their customers or their fleet.

Wouldn't even give some type of credit to just take a dirty car because I was in a hurry. Then the employee I was dealing with one of the managers, and he told me he didn't have any contact information for me to have called, but I showed him the reservation with all the contact information. He was extremely rude, when I told him I was going to leave a bad review he refused services. I have been to this location before and have had several issues with reservations made weeks in advance and still no clean cars when I arrive.
