- ENE. Dean NuktaOct 30, 20251.0I had a flat tire on my Tesla this morning. I took my car there. Before I say anything, he told me he cannot fix the car for another hour. Then he proceeded to tell me that Tesla tire cannot be repaired. They have to be replaced. I drove 3 miles down the street for another shop. They took my car right away. Pull out the screw from the tire and fix the tire charge me $20. The whole job was done in 15 minutes. This was my second visit to the shop. I don’t trust Mr. tire and I will never go back there. This was my second visit . I will never go back again

The light came on saying brake fluid low, turned out I blew right rear caliper brake. Max Huffman, the manager got the part, fixed the brakes and was out by 9:30 in time to make appointment at hospital. Returned later for oil change ( synthetic from Valvoline). Max even gave $20 mail in credit on the spot. Outstanding service, safe now! I'll return for sure! Total bill for both just under $700 which is below average, included wheel balance, tire patch,battery check, fluid top off,inspection of brakes, tires etc. Car is 2013 Ford Taurus Ltd

I get there and a different guy looked at me like I had 4 heads and said there’s no way they could fix the tire same day. So I make an appointment for another day. Decided to leave my car there and went back inside to give them my key and a different guy says he can fix it by the end of the day. What is going on? Anyway, that never happened. Then I get a call the next day from someone saying that I had an appointment a half hour ago and when am I going to bring the car in? Um, it’s already there. You have my key! Again, what is going on? Anyway, they finally start working on it and apparently can’t patch the tire. I don’t know how, it was just a nail in the tire. So I ask to replace it with the tire that’s on sale. Of course they don’t have that one. Ended up paying almost $300 for 1 tire. I read another review that says if you’re a female going in there by yourself, they will rip you off, and I really believe that’s true. This place is a total rip off and you will get a completely different experience depending on who you talk to. They obviously don’t share any information with each other. It’s just chaos.
