They were supposed to work with the warranty company for the repairs, we repeatedly call to check in the first week, got a response of the company hasn’t reached out. So my husband and I called the warranty company ourselves and to find out they NEVER SENT A CLAIM IN!! So we went and we were assured that it was going to get done and we agreed they fix the heat and when the part came in we can bring it back to them to finish the job. The following week my husband calls and we were told that it was on the lift and should be ready by Friday. Three weeks from when we dropped it off, we come to check up on the car and too our surprise nothing was done. The heat wasn’t fixed. All of a sudden our car had a flat tire and they don’t know how that happened. The car didn’t have a flat tire when we dropped it off in the first place, Max the guy that helped us. The whole time was rude, lie to us multiple times and try to get his mechanic to lie for him and the mechanic didn’t even know what he was talking about or what Max was talking about, so to say it was the worst experience I had would just be an under statement. I would never ever recommend this place.
