Id like to leave more then one star, but they clearly don't care about their customers. I got a car through here and I had to extend the days, which at that time I gave them a new card that I needed to use as the payment method, so they take the card and say everything's good, well when I return the car I take it to Elyria enterprise which Elyria says they aren't closing the contract out and that Westlake will contact me, well Westlake closed the contract and charged the full amount to the incorrect card so when I see this I call them, and there manager who is extremely rude straight up lies to clearly try to cover his own ass, and says that Elyria closed my contract which I know is completely incorrect, Elyria said that Westlake would call me and contact me to close it out, which I did see after the fact when checking my spam calls and my phone blocked out the call, and I have rented enough cars from Enterprise in the past that I know how the process works and when you return the car and they close your contract you immediately get the receipt and information sent to your email so if Elyria would have closed my contract I would have received it on the 23rd when I returned the car not the following week. Mind you I have rented from enterprise previously for months at a time for my job and the process is like clock work. Which I then called Elyria enterprise and Chris basically said that he wasn't sure why Westlake enterprise is lying to me and they didn't close my contract and I'm Westlake customer so they should have taken better care of me but my contract was not with Elyria and Westlake was responsible and the ones who closed it and charged it to the wrong card. The manager at Westlake says there is nothing the can do so I'm just out of luck. Even though the had all the credit card information for the card they were supposed to charge. I mean it was a very simple task. Oh and not to mention when they did call they never left a voicemail which if they would have I would have immediately called them right back. But they don't care about their customers clearly, I work in customer service and if I ever talked to a customer the way their MANAGER talked to me, I would be extremely embarrassed and my job would not allow it.

I had a great experience with Cassie at this location. I arrived just before closing, and she stayed almost 30 minutes after to make sure everything was taken care of. Cassie was fast, polite, and helpful. I look forward to coming back here again.

When I pick the car up it could have been cleaner. And when I got the quote over the phone when I got there it was more because the insurance wasn't included in it and I told them over the phone what I wanted they should have gave me the whole price
