  Every worker I interacted with was knowledgeable and kind as I figured out fixing a nail I had in my tire. Darius, specifically was extremely patient and fast working!

  I took my car to tire discounters Westerville for a new set of tires, balance and alignment. After spending about 1k for service my car was shaking a little down the road and my steering wheel was not straight as it was before I brought it in. I gave it 3 weeks to see if it just need to work itself in but after that time I called in about it and made an appointment for the next week to check it all again and correct. I went in on my appointment and they checked it all, said alignment looked ok and said they rotated the tires. The alignment sheet showed different than the original alignment sheet from a few weeks before and had several points of red. After leaving I noticed my steering wheel was still not straight and now shook at 50mph. I got on the freeway the next day and the shake was much worse, violently shaking and was not safe. It had a slight shake on my old worn tires but It did not do anything like this before I originally brought it to them and got worse after taking it back in. After giving tire discounters 2 chances to do the job right, I went to another tire center to have it all looked at by another eye. They agreed that the alignment and balancing sounded off and took a look into it. The other tire center took care of me and my car is correct and drivable again without any shake, straight steering wheel and is tracking straight. They found the alignment was in fact off as expected and several tires were ounces out of balance. I’ve gone to tire discounters for several years and hope to hear from them about making this right as I’ve now had to spend many hours and dollars to get their mistake corrected.

  The techs run this location, not the service writers. I bought 4 tires from and had them installed. 2 tires were installed the wrong direction so I had them fix them and they scratched both of my new wheels. A alignment is promised with new tires. I came back and the tech refused to work on my car. No reason given to me except he said it was rusted. Not true cause my car is garage kept. After debating with the staff they finally yelled literally at the tech to get my car done. He spent 20 mins on it and sent me on my way. The car was aligned but not in the right specs. I had to involve the DM Steve Shaw and he had me go to another shop on Gemini so he could address these issues

  Went there for wheel alignment and received a diagnostic sheet with repair for $1300+ . It was mentioned that without repair alignment cannot be done. Took my vehicle to another repair shop without mentioning anything about repair suggested by TireDiscounters , other shop did it without mentioning or try to upsell repair. Before wheel alignment was performed they took the alignment measurement , which was matching with tirediscounter's sheet and provided sheet after alignment was performed. I tested my vehicle on road by leaving steering wheel to check it car drags to any direction and it was going straight. I will never go back to Tirediscounters Polaris location
