  Mark was fantastic. We were on our way home from Cincinnati to Akron when we got a screw in a back tire. It came out &went flat on the highway. We called several places along our route home, & Mark was able to get us in right away. Service was quick, they were very accommodating, and kind! If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would. I highly recommend service here!

  Had and issue with my tire going flat and they took care of it, no charge. I purchased the tires from them in 2023! Fast too!

  Last month on a Saturday Women’s Day I had a tire emergency & called so many locations and couldn’t find anyone to help remove a nail in my tire. Since I purchased my tire from BJ’s I had a life time warranty but they told me to bring it back on Monday. I begged them that I had to pick up my child from karate and I had Women’s day event to attend that evening but they said they couldn’t help me. That’s when I started googling tire locations near me and a nice gentleman answered my call. He can hear the stress in my voice & said we are closing in 45min so please get here as soon as you can. I got there & they removed the nail and fixed my tire in less than 30min. As I got ready to pay, the nice gentleman (I wish I took his name) said don’t worry you are good to go. I insisted to pay and he said it’s okay just come back to us when you need to purchase tires. When I say he made my day omg the kindness was real and I told all my friends and family to make sure they go to Goodyear Auto Service if they need to purchase tires. Thank you so much!

  My mechanic is not able to alignments. When i have taken my truck in for alignments at other places they always have a laundry list of other repairs needed even though my mechanic has already checked it over. I heard this shop was honest and sure enough, no add on repairs required. Would recommend this Goodyear shop.
