Then, they upsell the car in the other bay for a longer session and more money, then the ten minutes they quoted you turns into 45 minutes as they want you to backup to let the car from the other lane go in front of you. I didn't sign on for that, I didn't have time for that. Really wasted time out of my previous Saturday morning. Not happy. Understand how they do business. If you are pressed for time, don't pull in unless they have nobody.

I then used my odb reader and it gave me P0102 error message. I went to check my filter cause I thought it needed to be replaced. I noticed the cable that connects to the maf sensor came right out. I replaced the filter and connected the cable. What I realized is the technician didn't lock the cable back which was triggered a airflow sensor error. Can't tell you have aggravated I was to find out something we left like that when I only went for an oil change. I have pictures with timestamps to prove the time of the error.

My car was running perfectly with no problems beforehand, but within just 11 miles of leaving the shop, my vehicle completely shut down and had to be towed back home. Now, my engine will not even start. I expected a routine service, but instead I’m dealing with major repairs on a car that was practically brand new before this visit. I’ve already filed a claim with Valvoline, but I feel this situation should not have happened in the first place. Customers deserve peace of mind that their car will be returned in the same working condition after basic maintenance, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
