I recently visited Goodyear in Westerville and had the pleasure of being graced by John and Mark—two workers who seem to have mastered the art of terrible service and unmatched rudeness. If you’re looking for polite, helpful staff, keep driving. If you want to experience what it feels like to be ignored and spoken to like you just asked for their last slice of pizza, these two are your guys. John and Mark could turn a simple tire change into a masterclass in passive-aggression. At one point, I wondered if they were auditioning for a role in a soap opera, given all the dramatic sighing and eye-rolling. The only thing missing was popcorn. In summary: if you want your car serviced and a lesson in how not to treat customers, Goodyear Westerville with John and Mark will deliver. Otherwise, maybe try Goodyear on N High street. Ask for Jeff!

From the first visit, they were kind, honest, and never made me feel dumb for not knowing what I was talking about (or for trying to mimic the weird sounds my car was making). They always explain things clearly and have never tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t actually need. What really stuck with me is how they treat everyone. While I was waiting, I saw them help a few people from the community… things like checking fluids or putting air in tires, and they didn’t charge anything. They weren’t doing it for business. Just being good people. Truly trustworthy and compassionate people. Highly recommend!
