The communication was phenomenal, I always knew what was going on with my vehicle throughout the whole process. When I dropped my pickup off they had told me it would be 3 weeks before it would be looked at. Then only a week after dropping it off I was called and told they were looking at my vehicle and getting the estimate together. What I figured was going to take months ended up only taking 6 weeks.
