My old light popped on and it was almost closing time. I pulled up in a panic but Dave Denise is an employee.Not only helped me with my brake fluid in my oil but actually showed me how to check it and how to fill it up. Exceptional service , but the fact that he gave me knowledge was above and beyond! Thank you dave!

The new store manager Gregg was absolutely amazing, professional and helped me with everything I needed. Not only did he service me after hours after he had already left the store but he was able to speed up the process on retrieving a part due to my deadline with the search and rescue group that I work with. His entire team was also very professional and each person greeted me when I walked in the store. The store was clean, fully stocked, and it’s a great central location.

I was parked just a few feet away from the AutoZone and came in to ask if someone could help me jump-start my car. Since my car wouldn’t start, I wasn’t able to move it into the store’s parking lot. Unfortunately, the older white woman at the front desk was very rude and dismissive, refusing to assist me simply because my car wasn’t parked directly in their lot.
Thankfully, another associate, Greg H., arrived shortly after. Without hesitation, he walked with me to my car and helped give it a jump with no questions asked. His kindness and professionalism stood out, and I truly believe he deserves a raise for his exceptional customer service!
