He asked what I needed. And I responded I'd have to show him what I was talking about..he responded oh God what now and got really mad. I turned around and left. This the worst store ever. For a manager of the store to act like that is not only rude but down right disrespectful.

This could have cost me a chunk of change to replace it, however, Robert did his due diligence and charged the battery and an hour later when I came back he had already determined my battery was bad and had the new one waiting for me under warranty at the counter. I appreciate this type of top notch customer service. Thank you Robert! I have been so far a life long AutoZone supporter. At age 58, I have been coming to AutoZone since my first car a long time ago. My family and I moved from Texas almost a year ago. I have found this West Union store to be just as clean, fair on price, staffed with good people and great support for when I needed it, just like in Texas. Keep up the good work team and be proud of what you do for the community. No one likes bad reviews as I have seen here and you will never please everyone. Learn and continue to be the AutoZone I have always said, I am proud to get my supplies from. Tom
