Corey is easy to talk to, remembers our vehicles as well as extended family"s that also comes here, and is very accommodating for the unexpected. Over the years, we have had several different kind of vehicles brought in from compact VW beetles to Ford Excursions, including my Toyota Sienna wheelchair van, and they have always been able to handle it. Aaron was our last tech to work on it and found an underlaying problem that was unexpected but he, Corey and Emily (?) were able to fit me in and take care of it quickly so I didn't have to come back, as going out in public can be dangerous to my health. While I waited, they kept me updated, checked up on me, and helped me maneuver around. Facilities are clean and accessible even for a HD Permobile wheelchair like mine. I have had bad experiences in the past as shops tried to take advantage of both my gender and disability but I have never felt unsafe here and they have always been honest and transparent for any suggestions or work they have done, not just for me but I've seen them do this for other customers too as I have waited in their sitting area. Thank you for taking care of all our family members.
