Instead, they said the bolts were “too tight” and that they couldn’t rotate my tires, and told me I needed to go to Ford. I only found out later, when I went to Ford for service, that the locking key was damaged. The entire visit was frustrating. I had multiple issues during my service, and the staff was pushy and uncomfortable when trying to upsell me on a tire rotation I clearly didn’t ask for. From the moment I pulled in, my service was supposed to be just an oil change, yet they still tried to upsell me on both a tire rotation and a cabin air filter even though neither was needed. I’ve been coming here for years purely for convenience, but this experience cost me time and money. The lack of honesty is unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and go straight to your dealership

After an hour of driving I noticed all my tires had low pressure due to the freezing temps and my windshield wiper broke due to being frozen and the wiper fluid was frozen. I could not see out my windshield. The sweetest girl with pink braids was stellar helping get me on my way. The guy who filled my tires and replaced my wipers was so quick getting me back on the road. I wish I noted their names! Amazing service. I got back to Nashville in time for my event and appreciate this amazing customer service SO MUCH!!!!

They did not take any coupons so with me purchasing the oil and the $56 charge it cost me more money than my normal with coupons. Not happy about it and may never return.
