  I had to make an emergency visit to this location due to a slow leak in my tire. It ended up being a super busy day for them, but that didn't stop Adrein or his team from being courteous and maintaining a positive atmosphere. In fact, as I waited to check in, I got to witness Adrein working with a customer on the phone who had just received the bad news that their vehicle was in need of several repairs. Adrein was patient and kind while walking the customer through each charge, and providing honest guidance on what to prioritize, etc.. It was really great to see, and a great example of how far empathy can go at any job, and it may have even taught me some patience as I waited to be seen. :) My tire was taken care of with no issue, for an incredibly fair price. I do not live on this side of town, but I would make the drive to experience this level of customer service and quality any time.

  I had a really positive experience with this shop. They were able to get me in right away to replace my wheel bearing and worked quickly to have the part delivered directly to their location so the repair could be completed as soon as possible. That level of responsiveness meant a lot. During the repair they discovered that my ABS sensor had melted and needed replacement. Instead of just handing me the problem, they took the initiative to call multiple suppliers to track down the part and provided me with a clear quote. Corey let me know he could order it and that we would schedule the repair as soon as it arrives, which I appreciated. The only frustrating part of the experience was not being told upfront that a deposit would be required before ordering the ABS sensor. That caught me off guard. However, once that was clarified, everything moved smoothly. Throughout the process, communication was consistent and transparent. I received updates about the status of my vehicle, which helped reduce a lot of stress during what was already an emotional and financially difficult time. Corey and Adrienne were both professional, kind, and easy to work with. I truly appreciated how they handled everything and would recommend them to others.

Corey was very knowledgeable and customer focused, offering great insight to inform me on making the best choice for service and repairs for my wheels. This level of customer service is unmatched and rare to find. Thank you so much for the best customer and car service!

  I wrote a review from their website a few months ago and I do t know if Corey and the staff got it, but I only go here for my work. I had a nail in one of my Ford Raptor tires and Corey and staff were on it! I live nearby to another TD but come here for their great service! Thanks guys!
