The entire staff seems to have moved on leaving long term customers like myself dealing with staff that don't know what they are doing. I had a low beam headlamp that needed to be replaced. I thought I might do it myself so I looked on YouTube. Since it was in a hard to reach location (drivers side and had to go behind the front shroud) I decided to take it in. I got a call telling me it would cost $280 because they would have to "remove the front bumper!" I explained how to get to it but they said they had to follow their own process. I told them to forget it. I went to the parts store, took an hour and fixed the light myself for $24! I had also asked them to replace the auxiliary battery since I got a malfunction light. Their response was that my model car didn't have an auxiliary battery!! I asked how I could get an "auxiliary battery malfunction" message if my model didn't even have such a device. I told them upfront that I had watched a YouTube video and had taken off the panel beside the steering wheel where the battery was located. It was right in front of them and they didn't see it!! I ordered one from Amazon for $42 and will replace it myself. To be fair, they did discover a defect on a tire and I bought a tire from them. I used to trust Tire Discounters with all my repairs even if it cost more than I could do it myself. They were convenient, trustworthy, and reasonable. Too bad recent changes at this location is sending me to local competitors.
