Oustanding service tonight, took my daughters car there as we discovered she had a nail in her tire and needed to have it repaired, friendly, accommodating and efficient, despite us rushing in 30 minutes before they close! Will definitely be back if I have any other tire needs!

I've done a lot of business with TD in the past but this experience is going to make me move on from them. First, they essentially overcharged me for my 4 Michelin tires because the manager (who was new) didnt know how to enter a $100 coupon that you get when you open one of their credit cards and I am STILL trying to get refunded this amount from the purchase in November. When they put on the tires I asked of they saw any issues with the suspension and the manager said they dont do that (they have in the past) as I suspect there's a component that needs replacement. Next i scheduled my free oil change and a transmission fluid change which they were going to discount $100 to make up for my earlier issue. I drop my car off and tell the guy my car has a filter in the transmission that should also be replaced. He said he'll look into it. I get a call later and they tell me i do need one and the whole job for this particular car will be $450 (more than double the advertised price) and thats with the employee discount the person was nice enough to offer. I politely decline and at this point I'm annoyed because they knew my Make and Model beforehand and should have already known what was needed and the price. Next I sent an email to corporate telling them that I'm still owed $100 from my tire purchase and I've tried to get the refund through the manager at the store with no luck and I just want to go through corporate now. So what do they do... they have the shop manager call me and he is again trying to help me get the refund. 2 weeks later... still no refund. How hard is it to process a $100 refund? At this point they should refund me more for all this hassle but, of course, they haven't offered that. Its on ME to get my refund from their mistake. Update: they mailed the check to my old address at the end of January, which I wasnt aware of due to lack of communication. No responses to my 3 emails to corporate and only one phone call to ask me to confirm my address so they can mail me the $100 they owe me then they can close this out doing the least possible resolution after numerous phone calls and failed follow through. Thanks for confirming my decision to move on to another company.

Stopped at Tire Discounters today after AAA jumped my car needing a new battery. Jim was super helpful getting my car in and serviced immediately. I was in and out in under an hour. Very pleased with their efficiency and customer service.

Outstanding service! I originally brought my car to a different company to get my tire replaced, and that shop refunded my order without telling me and sent me on my way as if the issue was fixed. After coming here and explaining my issue they fit me into their packed schedule, fixed the issue, and even told me I didn't have to pay them for their service! Dominic is an amazing manager, and I genuinely appreciate everything the team did for my car and myself. I will definitely be coming coming back if I have any future issues.

Frequently Asked Questions About Tire Discounters

How do I know if I need an alignment?

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4 tires with installation, you get a FREE alignment. A 4 wheel alignment is valued at $129.99, and comes with a 12 month warranty.
